IAG - Enrollment

Insurance Applications Group, LLC (IAG) handles the entire enrollment and implementation process for the HospitalityCare plan taking the work away from you, the Employer.

IAG is a national employee benefits firm specializing in the development of voluntary, payroll deducted insurance products with best-in-class enrollment and communication services. IAG was founded by J. Marshall Dye and Jay M. Dye III.  J. Marshall Dye is an insurance executive with 45 years experience in the group health and voluntary insurance market. Jay M. Dye III has 25 years experience in special product development and enrollment process design for the large case market.  
 
IAG works closely with PAI (administrator) and BCS (underwriter) to develop improvements in plan design, pricing, and administration for the staffing industry, based on IAG’s experience in this niche market. IAG’s results have proven superior to all comparable programs in the industry.

Because IAG’s core competency is Limited Benefit Medical Insurance (mini-medical plans), IAG was the largest single producer in the country for true group mini-medical plan sales for the past five years. IAG provides mini-medical insurance programs to hundreds of large employers and enrolls over 200,000 temporary/part-time employees each year, resulting in 57% higher employee retention.
