No Out-of-Network Penalties!

Essential StaffCARE is unique because there are NO out-of-network penalties in our plans. This is ideal for a geographically diverse, high turnover population. Employees can see any doctor or dentist. If they go to a network provider, they can save up to 50% and there are no claim forms to file.

Largest Independent PPO Network

Essential StaffCARE members have the advantage of the Beech Street Network, the nation’s largest independently-owned Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), serving nearly 19 million people with a variety of health benefits from more than 358,000 providers, 3,400 hospitals and 50,000 ancillary providers. Founded in 1951, Beech Street is one of the most experienced and fastest growing managed healthcare organizations in the United States.

These network providers have agreed to negotiated fees for services. Plan members can also save on their total out-of-pocket costs. Most network providers also file claims for plan members, so there are no paper claims for your employees to file. Staying in the network gives plan members access to more savings, but members may also choose out-of-network providers under Essential StaffCARE benefits. Vision Network

Through the Vision One Eyecare Program® under the Cole Managed Vision network, plan members receive discounts on vision care and prescription eyewear. The national network of providers includes quality locations featuring convenient hours, including Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical, JC Penney, and thousands of independent optometrists. Essential StaffCARE also includes limited insurance benefits for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. Prescription Network

Prescriptions are covered under the Essential StaffCARE medical plan at 80% after deductible, subject to the $2,000 annual outpatient limit. Plan members also have access to savings on drugs through Caremark pharmacy network, which has more than 58,000 pharmacy locations nationwide. Nearly all chain drug stores and more than 20,000 independent pharmacies are in the Caremark network, which saves members up to 50% on generic drugs and up to 15% on brand name drugs. Dental Network

With Essential StaffCARE's dental coverage, your employees can see any dentist. There are no required networks. After a $50 deductible, your employee can take advantage of $750 a year in dental benefits. Most common services are covered between 60% and 80%. Call toll-free (800) 752-1547, or visit www.dentemax.com for a list of dentists. If there's not a dentist in your area, don't worry, the plan has the same benefits for non-network dentists. The DenteMax network is simply a value-added enhancement that offers price discounts if you stay in-network.
