HospitalityCARE

HospitalityCARE is a limited benefit health plan designed specifically for part-time, full-time, hourly-waged or salary employees in the hospitality industry. It is a true group health insurance plan, not a “hospital indemnity” or “scheduled benefit” plan. Like regular health insurance, it pays claims at 80% coinsurance, has a true Doctor Office Co-pay that covers everything in the doctor’s office. The plan has Medical, Dental, Vision and Pharmacy Networks but it does not penalize employees for using doctors not on the network. HospitalityCARE does not require an employer contribution or minimum participation, which makes it easy to offer.
